Wat Arun is a largest Pagoda (Buddhist Temple) in Bangkok. Wat Arun means the Temple of the Rising Sun. It is situated on the Banks of the River Chao Phraya. The best way to reach Wat Arun is by Water Taxi.
I used to stay in Thanon Surawong which is the opposite bank as that of Wat Arun. From our hotel (Hotel New Peninsula), I walked down to the General Post Office. From there, I took a water taxi to reach Wat Arun.
